How KCA Mysuru handles 2000 member forms a week

The challenge
Every member fills in a KYC form, and the site also runs a small shop for cultural items. About 2000 people a week use these forms. Doing all the work on the website itself would make it slow on busy weeks.
What we did
The forms keep their own design, but each one sends its answers to an Ansel Forms™ endpoint. Ansel Forms™ checks for spam, saves the answers safely and shows them in one dashboard. Shop orders go to a separate endpoint.
The result
The website stays light and fast, even on busy weeks. Members and orders are easy to find, search and export.
